In one sentence describe your leadership style.
My leadership style is relational leadership and having CARE as the driving force at the center of who I am as a leader. Paired with that is an insane hunger/drive, inspiring others to become more than they ever thought possible and developing people to have a strong curiousity to always be learning.
What are you most proud of in your career?
Moving to Canada with never having been outside the country or visiting Toronto before I decided. Picking up my comfortable life in Connecticut which was where I was from and doing something new, bold, and so freaking scary at the time but I truly poured my heart and soul into every person and ounce of that office and it brought me more joy, learning, challenge, growth, and love that I could have ever imagined.

What are you most proud of in your career?
The Phoenix Office. Being a member of our "Phoenix Family" for over 10 years and being a part of the tremendous Leadership Team that helped build that market into what it is today is without question my proudest accomplishment here at Insight Global.
What is the most badass thing about you?
The most badass thing about me is my upbringing. I'm a proud product of the "Friday Night Lights" culture we have here in the great state of Texas. My father, Gerald Brence, is a Hall of Fame Texas High School Football Coach. This made for one of the coolest childhoods my two brothers and I could ever ask for, not to mention the advantage of being raised around a culture of leadership. There are very few things I consider more badass than being known as a "Coaches Kid.”
