    I've traveled to 30 countries and 4 continents. My life goal is to go to all 7 continents!

    What are you most proud of in your career?

    Elevating people to the next level in their career are some of the most rewarding memories I have - promotions, ATHs, contests, etc. but I also am so proud of being a part of the group that took Direct Placement to the next level.

    My leadership style is centered on building strong relationships with my team, striving to be the best for them, and focusing on teaching and training to foster their growth and success.

    What are you most proud of in your career?

    Having the tough conversations, telling people where they stand when it's hard to do but the right thing to do. I've had so many people that went from being at the lowest point in their career to bad ass AMs or Pros all because I had the tough convo, put them on a plan and help them accountable to getting 1% every single day! And they are all still here, and they are all crushing it!!
