I am deeply proud of those individuals who stepped up to open new teams, change their careers, and move to new markets to do it.

SIA’s 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

Why do you feel honored to be recognized for SIA’s 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing?

I am honored because I believe this award is not as much a reflection of my work, but of the company and the people who have trusted me with their careers and with the future. I believe that the women who are on this list are fearless, they are empowered and empowering, and they bring other women along the way. I am honored to be associated with women of that caliber in business who I believe are truly making a difference in business, in their families, and for the future.

What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment as a woman in the staffing industry?

My most proud accomplishment as a woman in the staffing industry is not a moment in time or a memory, but a journey. I am honored to have found a company where failure and growth live hand in hand. The more you put yourself out there, the faster you learn. The more you raise your hand for opportunity, the more growth comes your way. Its been an honor to lead the company as a woman in leadership for the last eight years, now to become a mother, and take on a new role as Vice President of Sales all in the same year. 2024 was a wild ride but one I am forever grateful for that I believe my journey prepared me for.
