What is your favourite piece of leadership advice?
"You win or your learn" is the motto I live by and encourage others to do the same. Make decisions and reflect, if you got it right and won great, if you didnt, what did you learn from it and how will you implement what you learned. Either way it's a win! All about making the decision and growing from it!

Winning the Presidents Award for best leader!!

My leadership style is rooted in candor and direct communication, focusing on clear and concise messaging to address items head-on and simplify team objectives.
What is the most badass thing about you?
I currently hold the single game scoring record (64pts) for the basketball league in a prison back in Ohio. For the record, I played in the league as a guest and I was not an inmate.

A dynamic, strategic, ever evolving leader, committed to the betterment of those around her. Equal parts advocate and challenger of the people, devoted to inspiring those to achieve on their best days, and supporting those to achieve on their worst days.
What is the most badass thing about you?
Personally, I run marathons and participated in the NYC Marathon! Professionally, 100% conversion and 0% attrition as a SM in Louisville, growing my team $110k in 6 months, and being promoted to Director after being a SM for 16 months.

It's easy to walk in the room and point out the flaws of your people. It takes a great leader to walk into the room and celebrate the innate value of their team members, and build off those strengths. We must believe in our people!
