What are you most proud of in your career?
I am the most proud of the Recruiting Organzation's development over the years. To help play a small role in building out the exciting career paths we have today has been the highlight of my career. To watch how far our Pro Recruiters have come in the last 7 years is so inpiring. When I started, a clean 28K in Spread would get you in the Top 10 nationally. Now, The Top 10 Pros in the company are each over 100K in Spread!!!! We have pros in every pocket of the business, every organization, and at every level. I am so proud of the organization's growth, and helping play a role in expanding its reach.

Have fun and get stuff done. My team knows that I have high standards and expect a lot out of them, but I don't expect anymore out of them that I don't pour into them.
