What are you most proud of in your career?

When I look back on my leadership career, the moments that stick with me most are seeing people build confidence where insecurity once existed, watching people build lives they never thought they'd be able to - buy homes, cars, take their parents on vacation - all by honing their craft, holding themselves accountable, being a team player, and generating exceptional results.

Act with urgency and conviction knowing that you can handle the resulting outcome.

What is the most badass thing about you?

I beat Sean Dennis to win the 2018 Miami conference beach volleyball tournament.

I care a lot. That sentence feels way too short and simple, but was the first thing that came to mind and embodies who I am and who I want to always be as a leader.

What are you most proud of in your career?

Recently, a part of my team (Energy team) won best team within Strategic Accounts. That was a very proud moment!

My purpose as a leader is the empower and encourage my teams to advance themselves personally and professionally by providing them support and opportunities to succeed.

What are you most proud of in your career?

I am extremely proud to have been invited to speak at the 2023 WLC Southeast Summit. My speech, titled “Finding a Way by Leveraging Your Network and Building a Personal Board of Directors,” was the most meaningful moment of my career. It validated my brand internally and gave me confidence and passion in my day-to-day work.
