How are we getting there?

We’re booking your flights.

A transportation stipend will be given closer to conference.

Uber & Lyfts in your home city OR airport parking can be expensed.

Checked bags cannot be expensed.

First class tickets cannot be expensed. That means you Derek.

Wi-Fi cannot be expensed.

Alcohol on the plane cannot be expensed.

Know before you go…

What is the dress code for this event?

Work ready by day, Beyoncé & Ryan Gosling-level fabulous by night. Think blazers, blouses, or anything that says “I’m a leader of IG bringing that Masters Of Badassery!”

Will there be transportation provided?

We answered this in the section above.

Can I bring a plus one or friends/family to this event?

No.

When will I receive my flight?

Your flight itinerary will be sent from tigroups@travelinc.com. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folders before contacting registration@insightglobal.com. Any last-minute changes or cancellations may result in additional costs that you’re responsible for.

Will meals be provided?

Meals will be provided during scheduled events throughout the conference. 

Please prepare to cover meals during travel (to/from the event).

What if my flight is cancelled or delayed?

That sucks! But no worries—email registration@insightglobal.com once you’re notified, and we’ll help rebook you. We’ve got your back before, during, and after the conference.

When can I check-in and check-out at the hotel?

Check in starts at 4 PM PST, feel free to try your luck and call for an earlier check in.

Check-out at the hotel is 11:00 AM PST Wednesday 8/20, unless you have requested an earlier departure time.
